Reversible 9-hole course on the Veluwe
The Links Valley is located on the Jonkheer Doctor C.J. Sandbergweg in Ermelo, in the heart of the Veluwe. The site describes the location as a former sand extraction site and landfill, transformed into a golf complex on pure sandy soil with significant elevation changes and heathland. The complex has a driving range with Toptracer technology, a putting green and various practice zones, a brasserie with terrace, a golf shop with fitting centre and a Golf Academy with PGA professionals.
The course consists of two loops of 9 holes each: the North Course and the South Course. The site describes the course as the first reversible 9-hole golf course in Europe: the same 9 holes can be played in two ways, referred to as the purple (North) and gold (South) routing. Playing both loops on the same day is only possible during organised shotgun days. Tee times can be booked via the club website.
